About the Role
At Moody's, we unite the brightest minds to turn today’s risks into tomorrow’s opportunities. We strive to create an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome to be who they are—with the freedom to exchange ideas, think innovatively, and listen to each other and customers in meaningful ways. Moody’s is transforming how the world sees risk. As a global leader in ratings and integrated risk assessment, we’re advancing AI to move from insight to action—enabling intelligence that not only understands complexity but responds to it. We decode risk to unlock opportunity, helping our clients navigate uncertainty with clarity, speed, and confidence.
If you are excited about this opportunity but do not meet every single requirement, please apply! You still may be a great fit for this role or other open roles. We seek candidates who model our values: invest in every relationship, lead with curiosity, champion diverse perspectives, turn inputs into actions, and uphold trust through integrity.

As a Senior Marketing Associate, you will support the execution and optimisation of demand generation campaigns that drive pipeline growth and revenue across the Insurance business. You will plan and execute regional demand generation campaigns aligned to business, sales, and marketing priorities. Your role includes building and managing multi-channel campaigns across email, digital advertising, social media, webinars, content syndication, and events. You will configure and launch campaigns within marketing automation platforms, including audience segmentation, personalisation, workflows, and scheduling.

You will build and activate targeted audiences using data-driven segmentation and customer insights, support lead nurture programmes and customer journey execution across key lifecycle stages, and manage lead capture, tracking, qualification, and handoff processes between marketing and sales teams. Quality assurance reviews of campaign assets, monitoring and analysing campaign performance, and coordinating with external vendors and partners to maximise lead generation effectiveness will also be key responsibilities.

Driving operational excellence through process improvement, automation, campaign governance, and the use of AI-enabled marketing tools is an important part of this role. You will be part of the Demand Strategy and Activation team responsible for creating and activating multi-channel marketing campaigns that engage target audiences and drive measurable demand, pipeline growth, and revenue across the Insurance sector. This team leverages AI to scale marketing impact through content creation, personalisation, campaign execution, quality assurance, and faster optimisation while maintaining responsible and ethical AI practices.

By joining Moody’s, you will contribute to exciting work in demand strategy and activation, including marketing automation, audience targeting, event and webinar promotion, demand generation orchestration, and continuous campaign optimisation in close partnership with Sales, Marketing Operations, Digital Marketing, Content, and regional teams. Moody’s is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
