About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to join the 5 Marketing team at Paramount Technical Solutions Ltd. This team helps audiences discover the best of 5 across linear, streaming, and digital platforms through thoughtful, effective marketing campaigns. In this role, you will lead integrated 360 campaigns for priority content and help shape audience-led content strategies that build reach, engagement, and brand reputation. You will work closely with teams across the business and external partners to deliver campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels.
Key responsibilities include leading the planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns, defining campaign positioning and messaging, overseeing multi-title campaign planning, coordinating campaign delivery across on-air, on-platform placements, social, digital media and CRM, and reviewing media plans to ensure alignment with goals and budgets. You will apply digital marketing expertise across paid social, programmatic, search, and video, build and manage relationships with external partners, line manage a direct report, collaborate with the in-house creative team, manage multiple campaigns balancing timelines and budgets, identify delivery risks, and contribute to post-campaign analysis including audience and media performance.

Experience
- Planning and delivering integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns at scale
- Writing clear campaign briefs including positioning, messaging, and launch plans for key titles
- Good working knowledge of digital marketing including paid social, programmatic display, video advertising, SEO/SEM, and CRM
- Understanding of media planning principles
- Knowledge of commercial TV, broadcast, and content marketing across linear and streaming platforms
- Supporting content strategy and leading marketing projects independently
- Working with in-house creative teams to deliver campaign assets tailored for each platform
- Applying brand guidelines consistently across different audience touchpoints
- Managing multiple campaigns and balancing competing priorities
- Using campaign and audience data to review performance and identify insights
- Managing or supporting others through coaching, feedback, and clear objective setting
- Managing budgets
About you
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in broadcasting, streaming, entertainment, or consumer marketing
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, media planning, and team leadership
- Organised and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
Qualifications
- Relevant marketing qualifications or equivalent experience preferred but not explicitly required
