As a Senior Pastry Chef De Partie, you will prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards set by the head or sous chef, ensuring food safety standards are adhered to at all times. You will oversee the production of all dishes assigned to your station, maintain high quality standards in presentation and taste, and keep your designated area clean and well stocked. Collaboration with the head chef on menu development and recipe innovation is a key part of this role. Experience
Proven experience working as a Commis Chef or in a similar role.
Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
