About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Producer to join our team for an 8 month paternity cover. In this role, you will support ITV Creative and Be Studio by leading the creation and delivery of commercial partnerships and sponsorships with external clients across all ITV platforms. Working in a fast-paced and agile pitch environment, you will produce integrated campaigns across TV, print, commercial, and digital media. The ideal candidate will be adept at budgeting and scoping, able to respond calmly and professionally under pressure, and possess a genuine passion for media production.

You will provide practical and developmental guidance to production staff within a complex business landscape, while developing and implementing improvements to existing production processes. Financial acumen is essential, as you will be responsible for accurate budgeting of resources and production costs, ensuring all campaign elements are delivered seamlessly on time and on budget.

Main responsibilities include producing integrated campaigns, managing talent, attending briefings, creating production timelines, coordinating with Campaign Management, booking and managing facilities, engaging crews, and liaising with senior stakeholders. You will work closely with the Campaign Manager and Creative Director to scope and budget projects promptly and react with agility to change. Supporting Campaign Management by maintaining effective workflows and clear communication across projects is key.

You will establish and maintain efficient production processes, contribute to the adoption of new systems, build strong relationships with production companies and external partners, manage production finances including budgets, contracts, invoicing and cost control, and oversee day-to-day operational responsibilities such as contracts, NDAs, AdGreen requirements, and other administrative processes.

Ensuring all productions operate sustainably and in line with environmental guidelines, maintaining compliance with Ofcom regulations, editorial policies, production guidelines, and health and safety requirements are essential. You will line manage Producers and Team Producers, supporting their development and addressing performance issues in partnership with the Head of Campaign Production. Fostering a collaborative team culture, championing the production function across ITV Creative and the wider organisation, proactively identifying and resolving production issues, and taking responsibility for the health and safety of production staff and freelancers are also key aspects of this role.

Handling sensitive company and personnel matters with professionalism and strict confidentiality is required throughout.

Experience
- Proven experience producing large scale shoot campaigns is essential
- Previous experience at Producer level within a UK broadcaster, production company, or ad agency
- High level of understanding of broadcast and short form production including TV, digital and print advertising
- Good knowledge of APA guidelines, rate cards and crew
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with demanding clients, external production contacts and talent
