About the Role
Join Tripadvisor's B2B Experience Team as a Senior Product Designer focused on platform tools within the marketplace ecosystem. You will drive product strategy and outcomes by evaluating pillar-level opportunities and challenges, translating research and data into clear problem definitions, recommendations, and success metrics. You will own end-to-end design processes from discovery through delivery, including planning and conducting user research, creating flows, maps, IA, and prototypes, and ensuring design quality through collaboration and attention to detail. Collaborate closely with product, engineering, marketing, and commercial teams to create alignment and progress. Mentor peers and advocate for customer-centred, evidence-based decisions while proactively identifying and removing blockers to maintain momentum without sacrificing quality. This role balances complex operational needs with simple, well-designed solutions grounded in customer insight and business impact.
