About the Role
The Senior Product Manager for the Web Team will lead the strategic direction and continuous improvement of the corporate websites for both Kingston and Sutton councils. You will own the vision and roadmap for the websites, measure performance, identify opportunities for change, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. This role involves leading change initiatives, prioritising the Web Team’s workload, supporting colleagues to uphold web standards, and coaching the team to apply product management best practices. You will work within a digital service that prioritises people first and technology second, collaborating in multi-disciplinary teams to design user-centred council services. Exciting projects include leveraging AI on websites, promoting council services to drive revenue, and improving content management across both councils’ digital platforms.
