Mace combines construction expertise with consultancy to unlock potential in every person or project and redefine the boundaries of ambition. We are seeking a French speaking Senior Project Manager to join our consultancy business, working on a variety of refurbishment and fit-out projects for the retail sector across the UK and Europe. This role offers the opportunity to broaden your experience beyond retail by delivering fit-out and relocation projects for major corporate clients within the commercial private sector.

As Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of multiple fast-paced property investment programmes for major Highstreet retail clients. You will manage several projects ranging from £100k to £20m in value, reporting to the Mace Account/Programme lead. You will oversee projects within a geographic area ideally centred around your home location.

Your responsibilities will include applying technical health and safety expertise while promoting an inclusive culture, delivering project plans from inception to construction, managing tasks and deliverables to support senior leaders, overseeing budgets, risks and long-term functional development, managing design and consultant teams collaboratively, leading teams and stakeholders to achieve KPIs, and networking to drive best-practice adoption across programmes.

Experience
- Proven experience in the successful delivery phase of projects and programmes within the retail sector.
- Property or infrastructure project management expertise.
- Experience managing multiple projects with values ranging from £100k to £20m.
- Demonstrable commercial and financial acumen.

Qualifications
- Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent professional or personal development qualifications.
