We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Senior Student Records Officer to join our Registry team within the Student & Academic Services Directorate. As one of two Senior Student Records Officers, you will manage day-to-day student records functions and lead special projects. Your core responsibilities include overseeing the student lifecycle in the SITS system from enrolment through to graduation, taking the lead on enrolment events, and managing student records related to assessments, progression, and Assessment Board operations.
This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively across Registry and academic departments, contributing to an effective and high-quality service for students and stakeholders. The position is permanent and eligible for hybrid working.
Experience
Proven experience working in higher education professional services, specifically supporting student records and/or assessment functions. Confident user of student record systems, ideally SITS, with an interest in system improvements and efficiency maximisation.

Qualifications
