Reporting to the Operations Director - Supply Chain, this role supports the delivery of supply chain and procurement services across programmes, ensuring effective implementation of strategies, governance and day-to-day delivery.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Delivering supply chain activities including market engagement, supply chain mapping, capacity and capability assessments, and supplier performance monitoring.
- Supporting procurement and mobilisation activities.
- Supporting implementation of procurement and supply chain strategies within programme teams.
- Ensuring delivery activities are aligned to programme requirements and timelines.
Data, insight and tools:
- Use data, analytics and supply chain intelligence tools to support decision making.
- Develop clear insight from market and supplier information.
- Support evaluation processes, reporting and performance tracking.
- Ensure accurate and consistent use of templates, tools and systems.
Stakeholder engagement:
- Work collaboratively with programme, commercial and client teams.
- Support engagement with suppliers and market participants.
- Build effective working relationships across delivery teams.
Governance and compliance:
- Ensure procurement and supply chain activities follow agreed governance and processes.
- Maintain clear records and documentation across the procurement lifecycle.
- Support reporting and assurance requirements.
Team contribution:
- Support delivery within programme teams and across service line priorities.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Support capability development through practical delivery experience.
Experience
- Degree qualified in a relevant discipline.
- Experience in procurement or supply chain delivery.
- Strong analytical capability and attention to detail.
- Experience working with procurement systems and digital tools.
- Delivery of procurement and supply chain activities to required standards.
- Strong stakeholder collaboration and contribution to programme delivery outcomes.
