About the Role
Guy’s and St Thomas’ is among the UK’s busiest and most successful NHS foundation trusts, providing a full range of hospital and community services for people in south London and specialist care for patients from further afield. We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Workforce Intelligence Analyst (Band 6) to join our Workforce Information team. This pivotal role will involve leading the provision of high-quality workforce data analysis, reporting, and insights to support strategic decision-making across our organization. You will collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and operational leaders to transform complex data into actionable intelligence, ensuring we have the workforce capacity and capability to deliver exceptional patient care. Your expertise in data management, advanced analytics tools, and workforce planning methodologies will be crucial in informing workforce strategy, performance, and improvement initiatives.

Experience
Graduate level qualification or substantial experience in a system management/information role. Advanced knowledge and experience of using ESR or Oracle HRMS database. Experience of ESR Workstructures and Establishment control principles in the NHS. Experience of providing excellent customer service.

About you
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. Proven ability to interpret and present complex data clearly to diverse audiences. Ability to identify gaps and issues and apply technical expertise to resolve these.

Qualifications
Essential criteria include a graduate level qualification or substantial experience in a relevant role.
