We are seeking an experienced SITS Technical Manager to join our prestigious specialist higher education institution. Working closely with the Assistant Registrar – Student Database Support, you will develop, support and enhance all aspects of our student records system (SITS). This role offers a unique opportunity to lead on technical integration developments and cloud discovery following our recent signing of the Tribal HEFS contract.
You will have a high level of autonomy to determine approaches and priorities, ensuring new projects are delivered alongside maintaining system upgrades and infrastructure. You will join an experienced and friendly Registry team and collaborate closely with the IT team and stakeholders across the institution.
This role is eligible for hybrid working, combining office presence with remote flexibility.
Experience
Significant experience working with SITS in a technical capacity, including in-depth knowledge of Tribal SITS functionalities, configurations, and best practices. Experience managing system integrations is preferred.

Qualifications
Relevant technical qualifications or demonstrable experience in managing and supporting student records systems such as SITS are desirable.
