About the Role
At M Group Energy, we’re enabling the energy essential to support our lives. We provide an end-to-end service, delivering solutions in electricity transmission, distribution, renewable energy, EV, metering, and home decarbonisation. As a Smart Meter Dual Fuel Engineer, you will respond to emergency and maintenance appointments on behalf of EON, ensuring customers' Smart Meters are working correctly. Customer service is our top priority, and you will ensure that all jobs are completed on time while explaining the benefits and safe usage of their new smart meter. You will be completing the installation and removal of smart meters (SMETS2) in our customers' homes, averaging around 5 jobs per day. There is an uncapped bonus for any extra jobs you complete. You will have access to your schedule up to 2 weeks in advance and will receive continuous training to maintain and develop your skills. Health and safety will be at the heart of everything you do, and you will be supported by weekly meetings and field managers who are always available to assist.

Experience
Valid UK driving licence, held for at least 1 year with fewer than 6 points. Experience installing gas and electric smart meters is preferred. Previous MOCOPA experience to a multi-rate level is advantageous.

Qualifications
CCN1 / CMA1 / CMA3 with MET1, or NVQ Level 2 in Smart Metering Dual Fuel. Bonus qualifications such as REGT1 and 3 phase are desirable. Ideally, you have been registered on the EUSR portal.
