You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, operations, and infrastructure to build innovative application experiences. Responsibilities include implementing custom user interfaces using the latest programming techniques and technologies, analyzing and optimizing code for quality, efficiency, and performance, and providing feedback during code reviews. You will set direction and goals for teams, lead major initiatives, provide technical guidance and mentorship, and help onboard new team members. Additionally, you will architect efficient and scalable systems that drive complex applications, identify and resolve performance and scalability issues, and lead efforts to reduce technical debt. This role involves working with a variety of coding languages and technologies and establishing ownership of components, features, or systems with expert end-to-end understanding.

Experience
- Programming experience in a relevant language
- Demonstrated experience driving change within an organization and leading complex technical projects
- Experience utilizing data and analysis to explain technical problems and provide detailed feedback and solutions
- Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices such as risk assessment, bias mitigation, and quality and accuracy reviews
- Experience building maintainable and testable code bases, including API design and unit testing techniques
- Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development including prompt/context engineering and agent orchestration, staying current with emerging AI technologies
- Experience with multithreading programming and mobile memory management
- Experience building complex applications for iPhone or iPad using Objective-C, C++, Swift with the iOS SDK and other frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize and redesign workflows, driving measurable impact such as efficiency gains and quality improvements
- Shipped at least one large-scale product to production supporting millions of active users

Qualifications
