About the Role
We are seeking a caring, reliable, and physically fit individual for a hands-on Specialist Cleaning Worker role. This position can be both challenging and highly rewarding, requiring dedication to maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents. You will be expected to work both independently and as part of a team, supporting the community with a compassionate approach. Full training will be provided to ensure you are confident and competent in all aspects of the role. All appointments are subject to enhanced DBS checks and employment references.

Experience
Experience in cleaning, caretaking, or facilities roles is advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided.
