About the Role
The Client Experience Senior Associate is a post-sales role focused on relationship management and fostering long-term client value within an existing portfolio of accounts. Acting as a trusted partner to clients and collaborating closely with Sales and Client Experience teams, this role emphasizes account stewardship, analytical insight, and proactive engagement to ensure clients maximize the value of our solutions. Balancing data-driven analysis with frequent client interaction, the role supports client retention, satisfaction, and sustainable growth rather than pursuing new business acquisition. Key responsibilities include acting as the primary day-to-day contact for a defined book of small to mid-sized client accounts, developing a deep understanding of client objectives and usage patterns, analyzing client data to identify risks and opportunities, partnering with Sales Managers to support renewals and expansions, delivering structured client engagements, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues, maintaining accurate CRM records, and serving as the voice of the client internally to improve products and services.
