About the Role
A Charlotte Tilbury Stock Assistant is a true operator who thrives on operational excellence and ensuring stock processes run smoothly. Understanding the high demand for products, you will work behind the scenes processing deliveries, maintaining high stockroom standards, and acting as the ultimate brand ambassador. You will work closely with the management team to drive operational excellence, prioritise deliveries to ensure best sellers and replenishment lines are available, and maintain an organised, neat, and tidy stockroom. You will also coach colleagues on best practices and champion Health and Safety to ensure a safe working environment.

Experience
Ideally operating at a Sales Advisor level, preferably within beauty, fashion, or FMCG sectors. Exposure to managing stock processes and deliveries is desirable.
