Key responsibilities include dishwashing using industrial or manual methods, maintaining kitchen cleanliness and sanitation, assisting chefs with basic food preparation, managing inventory by receiving and organising supplies, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and processing deliveries accurately and efficiently.

Experience
No formal experience required, enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential.

About you
Physically fit with stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and sanitation practices is advantageous but not essential.
