About the Role
This is a new role within the Strategic Housing Partnerships team, focusing on contract management and delivering outcomes for Brent's residents. You will provide key contract management support on a strategic housing contract for the Council, ensuring standards are met and working to improve supplier relationships. The role offers autonomy within a supportive team environment and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in public service.

Requirements

Experience
Proven ability to manage one of the Council’s strategic contracts, with strong attention to detail in scrutinising complex data and information.

You will be tenacious and confident in promoting better ways of working, skilled in partnership-building and stakeholder management, able to provide sound recommendations and influence senior leaders, elected members, and support residents. You will work positively and flexibly in a high-pressure environment.
