About the Role
Help shape the future of digital services for children and families. We are seeking a Systems Developer to join our ambitious Data and Systems Transformation team and help deliver the next generation of digital services across Children, Lifelong Learning and Families.

Working with systems including Microsoft Power Platform, Mosaic, Core+, Plinth and Synergy, you will design and develop solutions that support frontline practice, improve efficiency and reduce administrative burden for services supporting children, young people and families.

This is a varied and rewarding role where you will work directly with practitioners, managers and service leads to understand real-world challenges and turn them into practical digital solutions. From workflow design and automation to system improvements, integrations and new technologies, you will play a key role in delivering change that makes a genuine difference.

We are looking for someone who is curious, innovative and solution-focused, with strong technical skills and a passion for continuous improvement.

Experience
Proven experience in systems development, ideally working with platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform and other related systems. Experience in designing and delivering digital solutions that improve service delivery and efficiency is highly desirable.

Qualifications
Relevant qualifications in software development, computer science or related fields are preferred but not mandatory. Demonstrable skills and experience in relevant technologies and platforms will be considered.
