About the Role
Pinnacle Group is seeking a Talent Development Partner to join our People Team, reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition. This pivotal role focuses on shaping and delivering learning and development initiatives across the organisation. Your immediate priority will be designing and embedding a consistent Induction Process and Onboarding Policy to ensure all new colleagues experience a seamless and engaging start from day one.

You will lead the development of a skills framework for frontline managers, supporting leadership and management capability building. Over time, you will expand your remit to deliver a comprehensive range of talent and development initiatives, ensuring colleagues at all levels have access to meaningful learning, career development, and progression opportunities.

This hands-on role requires creativity in designing engaging content and confidence in delivering impactful sessions to a diverse, geographically dispersed workforce. You will also oversee digital learning solutions, manage stakeholder relationships, and contribute to organisational capability development and change projects.

Pinnacle Group is a market-leading national provider of housing, neighbourhood, and workplace services with over thirty years of experience. We pride ourselves on a people-first, values-driven culture that supports both employees and customers.

- Ability to partner with stakeholders to identify capability needs and translate them into practical development solutions.

About you

- Proactive and hands-on, able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Committed to Pinnacle Group’s core values: Trust, Respect, Involve, Challenge, and Deliver Excellence.
