Central London, based at the Royal Courts of Justice, with occasional travel to other Judicial College sites in Loughborough, Leeds and Glasgow.
Hours
Full Time - 37 hours per week, with flexible working policy.

About the Role
The Judicial College is seeking an Executive Officer to lead the Planning and Operational Support Team (POpS), managing a team of event organisers who provide administrative support for magistrate training across multiple delivery methods including digital, face-to-face and blended learning. The Judicial College supports senior judiciary members in designing and delivering judicial training, currently delivering approximately 2,000 seminars annually. This role is based in London and involves working closely with other team leaders and managers to ensure effective management and resourcing of the wider training programme.
Key responsibilities include leading and managing a team of up to 8 Administrative Officers, overseeing administrative support for jurisdictional training programmes, maintaining accurate records of training attendees to assist budget management, supporting continuous improvement projects, managing the College’s online Judicial College Learning site for training events, booking venues, and providing event support including minute-taking at meetings. The role reports to a Higher Executive Officer (HEO) manager and requires flexibility to undertake other duties as reasonably requested.
