About the Role
You will be part of the Cloud & Productivity Engineering organisation within the Enterprise Technology division of London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG). This team delivers foundational cloud platform and developer experiences enabling LSEG to thrive in the cloud. You will help build a world-class CI/CD platform for deploying applications that run critical business functions for LSEG customers. This platform standardizes processes and automates compliance and security requirements, providing a common developer experience across software teams.

As the Technical Product Manager for the AWS Platform on the Cloud Productivity Engineering (CPE) Product team, you will build an AWS platform ecosystem that is intuitive, reliable, automated, secure, adaptable, and fast. You will leverage your deep technical background and strategic thinking to drive innovation in cloud technology, collaborating closely with engineering teams and customers ranging from developers to senior leaders.

Your responsibilities will include developing and communicating the product vision and strategy for the AWS platform, aligning the roadmap to business requirements to accelerate application migrations. You will gather and analyse customer feedback, market trends, and business insights to inform platform engineering and automation strategy. Building strong relationships with key business units and application teams to understand their needs will be essential.

You will work closely with engineering teams to design, build, and enhance platform capabilities and features, engaging key customers such as Engineers, Architecture, Risk, and Cyber teams. You will serve as the voice of the customer internally, identifying new AWS platform capabilities, defining product features, and collaborating with development teams to incorporate them.

Owning and prioritising the long-term (12-18 months) AWS platform roadmap to deliver business outcomes will be a key part of your role. You will work with technical leadership to understand trade-offs of technical decisions and their impact on customer experience. Defining critical OKRs, milestones, and metrics for the AWS platform product and tracking these measures to refine the roadmap will be expected. You will promote best practices in software development, DevOps, and infrastructure management, ensuring a cohesive platform experience for application teams.

Experience
Proven experience in technical product management, product design, or software engineering. At least 5 years of AWS Cloud technology or related experience in an energetic enterprise-facing business. Demonstrated technical expertise and strategic agility in proposing cloud platform innovations while influencing cross-departmental stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products. Experience with AWS cloud platforms, Cloud Modernisations, well-architected principles, CI/CD, and DevOps expertise.

Thought leader with a solid understanding of key Cloud business drivers and customer dynamics in high-tech industries. Strong analytical and quantitative skills, using data and metrics to back assumptions and develop business cases. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience engaging and influencing senior executives. Strong work ethic, team player, and willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.

Qualifications
Relevant technical qualifications or certifications in cloud technologies are advantageous but not mandatory. A passion for cloud innovation and continuous learning is essential.
