About the Role
Join London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG), a leading global financial markets infrastructure and data provider, as a Technical Product Manager for our Azure Cloud Platform. You will lead the development and evolution of our Azure Cloud Platform, defining and delivering platform capabilities that enable secure, scalable, and efficient cloud adoption across LSEG. As part of the Cloud Productivity & Engineering (CPE) team, you will focus on building, developing, and supporting the Azure cloud platform as a product to accelerate the time-to-market of innovative finance products. Collaborating closely with Microsoft and strategic LSEG application teams, you will provide a white-glove engineering capability for business customers, enabling an Azure platform ecosystem that is intuitive, reliable, automated, and secure.
Key responsibilities include defining and implementing the strategic Azure platform roadmap, championing internal developer platform principles such as self-service and automated workflows, working with engineers and architects to enhance developer experience, platform automation, governance, and operational resilience. You will apply modern product management principles to ensure the platform delivers measurable business value, accelerates time-to-market, and meets the needs of regulated financial services.
Experience
5+ years in product management, platform engineering, or cloud architecture roles. Deep understanding of Azure services, enterprise landing zones, and Microsoft’s Cloud Adoption Framework. Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep), CI/CD tooling, and cloud governance. Proven ability to collaborate with engineering teams and influence architectural decisions. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.

Technically strong and product-minded with strategic thinking and a passion for innovation in platform engineering, infrastructure automation, and cloud technology. Comfortable engaging with engineering teams and senior leaders. Able to translate technical detail into business value and drive platform adoption and success.
Qualifications
BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related STEM field. Preferred skills include hands-on Azure experience, exposure to developer experience tooling, understanding of financial services or regulated environments, experience with OKRs, product analytics, and value stream mapping. Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-305, AZ-104, AZ-900) and product management certifications (e.g., Pragmatic Institute, SAFe, AIPMM) are highly desirable.
