About the Role
Join London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG), a leading global financial markets infrastructure and data provider, as a Technical Product Manager focused on the Azure Cloud Platform. You will lead the development and evolution of LSEG’s Azure Cloud Platform, defining and delivering capabilities that enable secure, scalable, and efficient cloud adoption across the organisation. As part of the Cloud Productivity & Engineering (CPE) team, you will collaborate with Microsoft and internal stakeholders to transform how LSEG utilises the cloud, providing a white-glove engineering experience for business customers. Your role will involve owning the product vision and roadmap, driving platform automation, governance, and operational resilience, and championing developer experience and self-service infrastructure. This is a unique opportunity to apply modern product management principles to accelerate innovation in a regulated financial services environment and make a significant impact on the company’s cloud strategy and delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Own the product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle for the Azure Cloud Platform and its core capabilities. Define and deliver new platform features including networking, IAM, policy enforcement, automation, and compliance tooling. Collaborate with engineering leadership to shape long-term platform strategy based on customer insights and emerging technologies. Partner with application teams to ensure smooth onboarding and adoption of platform services. Define and track key metrics such as platform adoption, provisioning speed, policy compliance, and developer satisfaction. Apply lean product principles, hypothesis-driven development, and outcome-based planning. Ensure platform capabilities meet regulatory and security requirements through integration with IAM, policy-as-code, and audit tooling. Lead creation of clear documentation and onboarding materials to support platform adoption.

Experience
5+ years in product management, platform engineering, or cloud architecture roles. Deep understanding of Azure services, enterprise landing zones, and Microsoft’s Cloud Adoption Framework. Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep), CI/CD tooling, and cloud governance. Proven ability to collaborate with engineering teams and influence architectural decisions. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.

Qualifications
BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related STEM field. Preferred: Hands-on experience with Azure, exposure to developer experience tooling and platform-as-a-product thinking. Understanding of financial services or regulated environments. Experience with OKRs, product analytics, and value stream mapping. Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-305, AZ-104, AZ-900) highly desirable. Product management certifications (e.g., Pragmatic Institute, SAFe, AIPMM) are a plus.
