About the Role
As the Technical Product Manager - Azure Cloud Platform at London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG), you will lead the development and evolution of our Azure Cloud Platform. You will define and deliver platform capabilities that enable secure, scalable, and efficient cloud adoption across LSEG. Joining the Cloud Productivity & Engineering (CPE) team, you will focus on building, developing, and supporting the Azure cloud platform as a product to accelerate the time-to-market of innovative finance products. Collaborating closely with Microsoft and strategic LSEG application teams, you will provide a white-glove engineering capability for business customers. Your role involves owning the product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle, driving platform automation, governance, and operational resilience while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will champion internal developer platform principles to enable self-service, automated workflows, and golden paths for teams, applying modern product management practices to deliver measurable business value and accelerate cloud adoption within a regulated financial services environment.

Experience
5+ years in product management, platform engineering, or cloud architecture roles. Deep understanding of Azure services, enterprise landing zones, and Microsoft’s Cloud Adoption Framework. Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep), CI/CD tooling, and cloud governance. Proven ability to collaborate with engineering teams and influence architectural decisions. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.

Qualifications
BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related STEM field. Preferred Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-305, AZ-104, AZ-900). Product management certifications (e.g., Pragmatic Institute, SAFe, AIPMM) are a plus. Experience or understanding of financial services or regulated environments is desirable. Familiarity with OKRs, product analytics, and value stream mapping is advantageous.
