About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Technical Services Manager to join our Facilities Management team, supporting a prestigious portfolio managed by JLL across some of London's most exclusive residential developments. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a high-profile environment, overseeing luxury apartment buildings with asset values ranging from £1.5 million to £7 million. You will play a key role in ensuring the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of building services across the portfolio while maintaining the exceptionally high standards expected within these premium residential environments.

Key responsibilities include managing the delivery of hard services across a portfolio of luxury residential properties, overseeing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance activities, ensuring all statutory compliance obligations are met, and acting as the technical lead for building services by providing expert guidance and support. You will manage specialist contractors and service partners to ensure performance against agreed service levels, develop strong relationships with JLL, residents, and key stakeholders, monitor plant and equipment performance with improvements where required, support budget management and cost control initiatives, investigate and resolve technical issues to minimize disruption to residents, and produce reports, compliance records, and performance updates for client review.

Experience
- Significant experience within Facilities Management or Building Services environments
- Strong technical knowledge across Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) services
- Experience managing high-end residential, commercial, or prestigious client portfolios
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service within demanding environments
- Experience managing contractors and ensuring compliance standards are met

Qualifications
- Relevant technical qualifications in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services disciplines would be highly advantageous
