About the Role
We are seeking a Tenant Liaison Officer to support the delivery of government-funded energy-efficiency and retrofit projects in occupied homes. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills who enjoys working closely with residents, site teams, and housing partners to ensure projects run smoothly with minimal disruption. You will act as the main point of contact for tenants throughout the works, carrying out pre-start visits to explain planned works and timescales, coordinating access and appointments, handling tenant enquiries and complaints professionally, and maintaining accurate records of tenant contact and site progress. You will promote health, safety, and safeguarding on site, support site teams by ensuring tenant access ahead of works, identify and assist vulnerable residents, and conduct post-works follow-ups including customer satisfaction surveys. Close collaboration with clients, housing officers, and project managers is essential to ensure smooth project delivery.

Experience
Previous experience as a Tenant Liaison Officer, Resident Liaison Officer, or similar customer-facing role is essential. A background in construction, social housing, or retrofit projects is preferred.

About you
You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a calm, organised, and professional approach, and confidence using Microsoft Outlook and Word. You must hold a full UK driving licence or have the ability to travel between sites.

Qualifications
Desirable experience includes working on ECO, SHDF, or other green programmes.
