About the Role
As part of the recently launched Trade Surveillance business at London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG), you will play a key role in driving early stage growth and contributing to product development. Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, your focus will be on growing client numbers, delivering revenue, and iterating the product based on customer feedback. You will build and manage the client pipeline, take ownership of new opportunities through to completed sales, and collaborate closely with technical and quantitative teams to enhance the product. Your responsibilities will also include drafting RFPs, conducting in-depth client analysis, and representing LSEG at events and client meetings.

Success in this role requires a proactive, pragmatic, and adaptable approach, with the ability to work across multiple teams and tasks. You will seek and structure new business and product sales, develop sales strategies within your territory, build long-term client relationships, and deliver compelling customer demonstrations. Leveraging your domain expertise, you will instill confidence in customers and unlock new opportunities by understanding customer workflows and industry trends. You will also handle administrative tasks efficiently and lead ad-hoc projects and research initiatives as needed.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing business at an early stage, offering varied and delivery-focused work with potential for career growth as the business expands. LSEG embraces a hybrid working model and is open to flexible work arrangements to attract the best talent.
