Casual post with most work during school holidays, evenings and Saturdays.

Salary
£33,987 per annum (pro rata)

About the Role
Danson Park Watersports Centre is a busy lake-based multi-activity centre. We are looking to recruit enthusiastic and capable coaching staff to join our friendly, expanding team. This includes both newly qualified instructors and those with more experience. You will be responsible for delivering watersports coaching in line with national governing body guidelines and standards to a range of adult and youth customers. Alongside teaching your respective watersports, you will handle customer enquiries, maintain high standards of facility and equipment, plan sessions, and set up and pack away watersports equipment, sessions, and facilities. Appointment to this post will be subject to an Enhanced Disclosure through the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS). Interviews are scheduled to be held in November.

Experience
Applicants must hold the RYA Dinghy Sailing Instructor Award and/or BC Paddlesports Instructor Award. Both newly qualified and experienced instructors are welcome to apply.
