As part of our team, you will prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards set by the head or sous chef, ensuring food safety standards are always met. You will manage your station, maintain cleanliness and supplies, uphold high quality and presentation standards, collaborate with the team, assist colleagues, and contribute to menu development by working with the head chef to innovate and improve recipes. Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and equipment functionality will also be part of your responsibilities.

Experience
Proven experience working as a Commis Chef or in a similar culinary role.
Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
