In this role, you will prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards set by the head or sous chef, ensuring food safety standards are always met. You will manage your station, oversee the production of all dishes assigned to you, maintain cleanliness and organisation, and collaborate with the head chef on menu development. You will work closely with your team, supporting colleagues and maintaining high-quality standards in presentation and taste.

Experience
Proven experience working as a Commis Chef or in a similar culinary role
Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
