Location
London Borough of Merton - based at either Phipps Bridge Youth Centre or Pollards Hill Youth Centre.

28 hours per week, including regular evening work, occasional weekends, and school holiday programmes.

£37,134 per annum

About the Role
Are you passionate about supporting young people to reach their potential? We are looking for two enthusiastic Youth and Play Leads to join our Youth Service team. You will lead and develop engaging junior and senior youth sessions, build positive relationships with children and young people, and help create safe, inclusive environments where they can learn, grow, and thrive. Additionally, you will support outreach activities, projects, and holiday programmes while maintaining high standards of safeguarding and health and safety. This is a permanent role offering the opportunity to make a positive difference to young people's lives in Merton.

Experience
Experience of working with children and/or young people is essential. Proven ability to deliver high-quality youth and play work.

Strong communication skills, commitment to young person-focused work, proactive and flexible approach to working hours including evenings, weekends, and school holidays.

Qualifications
