About the Role
Are you passionate about supporting young minds and making a real difference in the classroom? We’re looking for a dedicated, energetic, and caring Teaching Assistant to join our fantastic team at Arc School Old Arley! You will provide in-class support for a Year 8 child in a class with other pupils, and may also support other pupils across the school if required. Your role will involve delivering consistent academic, pastoral, and behavioural support to help students thrive.

Experience
Experience of working as a 1-2-1 Support/Teaching Assistant is desirable, with experience across both mainstream and specialist teaching settings. Experience of supporting pupils with special educational needs and SEMH requirements is also beneficial.

Qualifications
No specific qualifications are required, but relevant experience and a commitment to supporting students with diverse needs are essential.
