About the Role
Are you passionate about supporting young minds and making a real difference in the classroom? We’re looking for a dedicated, energetic, and caring Teaching Assistant to join our fantastic team! You will support teachers in delivering engaging lessons, provide in-class support for individual students and small groups, and help create a fun, positive, and inclusive learning environment. Additionally, you will develop and implement bespoke interventions for students in partnership with teaching staff.

Brookways School is an independent specialist day school in North Cheam, London, designed with a state-of-the-art learning environment to meet the needs of young people with autism. Our school offers a calm, quiet, safe, positive, and nurturing place where young people can learn and grow. Brookways School is part of Kedleston Group, which specialises in providing specialist education and care for children aged 7-19 with a range of special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), including autistic spectrum condition (ASC), attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and social emotional and mental health needs (SEMH).
