About the Role
Are you passionate about supporting young minds and making a real difference in the classroom? We’re looking for a dedicated, energetic, and caring Teaching Assistant to join our fantastic team! You will support teachers in delivering engaging lessons, provide in-class support for individual students and small groups, and help create a fun, positive, and inclusive learning environment. Additionally, you will develop and implement bespoke interventions for students in partnership with teaching staff.

Our school offers a calm, quiet, safe, positive, and nurturing place where young people can learn and grow. Brookways School is part of Kedleston Group, which specialises in providing specialist education and care for children aged 7-19 with a range of special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), including autistic spectrum condition (ASC), attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and social emotional and mental health needs (SEMH).
