About the Role
Are you passionate about supporting young minds and making a real difference in the classroom? We’re looking for dedicated, energetic, and caring Teaching Assistants to join our fantastic team in January 2026! You will support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and provide in-class support for individual students and small groups. Your role will involve creating a fun, positive, and inclusive learning environment as well as developing and implementing bespoke interventions for students in partnership with teaching staff.
Mapesbury School is a Special Educational Needs school in Cricklewood, Brent, supporting children aged 7 to 16 years with Autism and associated conditions who have not been able to access education in mainstream or specialist settings. The school offers an integrated therapeutic approach to education. Pupils have Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCP) and may display traits of Autism and associated conditions.
Mapesbury School is part of Kedleston Group, which specialises in providing specialist education and care for children aged 7-19 with a range of special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), including autistic spectrum condition (ASC), attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and social emotional and mental health needs (SEMH).
