About the Role
Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated educator looking to make a real impact on young minds? We are seeking a motivated and inspiring KS2 Phase Leader to join our dynamic team and help shape the future of our children and young people.
You will establish a clear vision and direction for the phase that reflects the school’s overall ethos and values. You will identify key areas for improvement and lead in the development of the phase’s progress development plan in collaboration with the Senior Leadership Team and relevant staff. Monitoring the quality of learning and leading staff to achieve high-quality teaching and learning will be a key responsibility.
You will set targets for pupils and staff, providing the necessary support to achieve these goals. Ensuring all pupils have access to education and addressing any barriers to learning is essential. You will advocate for all pupils in the phase and support phase staff to ensure pupils achieve their full potential.

Our school, Arc School Old Arley, is an independent special day school located in a rural village near Nuneaton. Experience
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) / Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills Status (QTLS) or equivalent experience
- Experience of working with children with SEND and ASC is ideal but applications from those working in mainstream settings are very welcome
- Prior experience teaching pupils of a similar age group (KS2)
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate children and young people

Qualifications
