This two-year graduate programme offers the opportunity to build your knowledge and skills across all areas of the CRB business. Working alongside industry-leading colleagues, you will:
- Develop technical knowledge on challenging, real-world actuarial problems for clients
- Present your work results to colleagues and clients
- Build strong relationships across sectors including cyber, financial institutions, marine and construction
- Grow through a thorough induction and ongoing professional development and training
- Be mentored and supported as you study to become a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries

The Actuarial Qualification
The role covers all aspects of actuarial work in General Insurance, including Pricing, Reserving and Capital Modelling. WTW supports your studies with a comprehensive and flexible package including:
- Membership fees of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries
- Study materials such as course notes, sample questions, past papers, mock exams and revision notes
- Tutorials for each exam
- Exam entry fees and a re-sit attempt if required
- Study leave equivalent to roughly one day per week

You will also receive support from students and qualified actuaries sharing their exam experiences. Salary increases are awarded for each exam passed, in addition to annual salary reviews. Continued exam success is required to maintain these study benefits.

Experience

Qualifications
- At least a 2:1 degree in a numerate discipline, or a 2:1 in a non-numerate discipline plus an A at A-Level Maths
