This two-year graduate programme offers a unique opportunity to build your knowledge and skills across the CRB business. As a Data Analyst, you will assist with a Global Specialities data strategy by analysing current approaches to data and analytics. You will gain a deep understanding of the insurance industry and client needs while working directly within a line of business and reporting to our central global data strategy division.

Working alongside industry-leading colleagues, you will:
- Understand and apply the organisation’s data and analytics strategy to business challenges
- Gain insight into the insurance industry and client requirements
- Learn how data is structured, stored and connected across business systems
- Develop practical experience using analytical tools to support decision-making
- Collect, cleanse and analyse data, presenting insights through reports, dashboards and visualisations
- Build strong relationships with colleagues and clients across sectors including cyber, financial institutions, marine and construction
- Grow through a thorough induction and ongoing professional and personal development via bespoke learning journeys
- Be supported while studying towards the Level 6 Data Scientist apprenticeship qualification

Experience
Graduate-level experience; no prior professional experience required. A natural problem solver with a mathematical and analytical mindset is essential.
