This two-year graduate programme offers a unique opportunity to build your knowledge and skills across the CRB business. As a Data Analyst, you will assist with a Global Specialities data strategy by understanding and analysing their current approach to data and analytics. You will gain a unique understanding of our industry and clients’ needs, working directly within a line of business while also reporting to our central global data strategy division.

Working alongside industry-leading colleagues, you will:
- Understand the organisation’s data and analytics strategy and apply it to day-to-day business challenges
- Gain insight into the insurance industry and client requirements
- Learn how data is structured, stored and connected across business systems
- Develop practical experience using analytical tools to support effective decision-making
- Collect, cleanse and analyse data, presenting insights through clear reports, dashboards and visualisations
- Build strong relationships with colleagues and clients across sectors including cyber, financial institutions, marine and construction
- Grow through a thorough induction and ongoing professional and personal development via bespoke learning journeys
- Be supported while studying towards the Level 6 Data Scientist apprenticeship qualification

Experience
