About the Role
At WTW, we provide data-driven, insight-led solutions in the areas of people, risk and capital. Joining our Retirement team, you’ll be part of our impact right from the start. Our team works with some of the largest pension schemes in the UK, advising on both Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution schemes. You will tackle complex challenges and make a real difference to active and retired employees across the country. This eight-week internship offers invaluable real-world experience fully integrated within our Retirement business. You will work alongside industry experts, applying your education to challenging live projects, helping clients understand and manage their pension risks, and developing technical and consulting skills through a comprehensive induction, training program, and continual learning opportunities. This internship is an excellent opportunity to understand what to expect if you join our trainee consultant programme the following year. Many interns return as permanent team members after graduation.

Qualifications
- On course to achieve a 2:1 degree in a numerate discipline or predicted 2:1 degree
- A-Level Maths grade A/B or equivalent qualifications
