About the Role
You will join the Capital and Reinsurance Pricing Development team to develop the market-leading ISM (Igloo Standard Model), used globally by insurers and reinsurers for capital modelling and reinsurance pricing. The role involves working closely with clients and partners to design, develop, and implement new technologies and statistical techniques. You will contribute to the ongoing development of the Igloo product, collaborating with the development team to shape its future. This position places you at the forefront of stochastic modelling with a broad and expanding range of applications.

Experience
Newly or nearly qualified actuary or equivalent. Experience in reinsurance pricing or capital modelling is essential. Demonstrable interest in coding and AI with expertise in a coding language, preferably Igloo or Python.
About You
Excellent client relationship skills with the ability to quickly develop strong relationships and maximize resources effectively to achieve goals. Proven success working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and ability to work self-sufficiently. Strong organizational skills and flexibility to manage multiple deliverables in a performance-driven environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with applicant tracking systems.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a numerical-based discipline.
