Key deliverables include program mobilization and fit-for-purpose delivery methodology; governance model, decision rights, forums, and reporting cadence; integrated program plan, roadmap, milestones, resources, and dependencies; integrated roadmap connecting Career Framework outputs, skills and job profile development, technology activation, pilots, governance, and scale-up; RAID, change control, decision, and action tracking; executive reporting, decision papers, and delivery assurance; phased implementation and transition plan; and HR technology integration roadmap and detailed timeline covering build, testing, migration, cutover, go-live, and stabilization.

About you
- Ability to create pace, structure, and accountability in ambiguous environments while operating credibly with senior stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate multiple teams and stakeholders effectively.
