Our graduate programme offers you the chance to contribute immediately to complex data analytics and insight projects. Working with market-leading data, digital tools and GenAI, and learning from experienced consultants, you will:
- Develop consulting, practical and technical skills through our 12-month FAST START training programme
- Gain exposure to real client assignments and build relationships with high-profile clients across diverse sectors
- Use creativity and analytical skills to transform data into meaningful insights
- Help companies understand and evaluate the impact of their compensation strategies using data analytics and dashboards
- Listen to client challenges, identify business development opportunities, research prospects and develop proposals using AI-driven insights
- Collaborate with the Data & Analytics team to provide market pay benchmarking and data insights
- Support the digital transition to automated job matching to streamline clients’ survey data submission
- Work alongside industry experts to develop your own sector expertise
- Support the publication of market surveys and assist clients throughout the full survey cycle
- Broaden your understanding of client solutions and the digital platforms and AI applications reshaping the industry

In addition to working on projects within the wider Work & Rewards practice, you will join us on our journey to harness AI to enhance productivity and quality.

Experience
No prior professional experience required; this is a graduate programme designed for learning and development.
