We need you to consistently deliver exceptional service by welcoming clients warmly, guiding them to products, and understanding their needs to ensure a positive shopping experience. You will efficiently manage stock by pair checking, organising the stockroom, and maintaining consistent standards to ensure smooth operations. Keeping the shop floor tidy and replenished while maintaining store standards is essential.

Support your management team by working towards individual and team sales targets. Provide details of Kurt Geiger loyalty programs, highlighting the benefits and encouraging participation to enhance the shopping experience. Assist in the preparation and planning of promotional activities. Be a role model for our brand by adhering to uniform standards (all black, unbranded, and reflective of the brand). Regularly participate in training activities to become a confident brand ambassador.

Experience
Strong communication skills and an understanding of excellent customer service are essential.
