Following an organisational restructure in Adult Social Care Mental Health Service, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Advanced Mental Health Social Worker to join the team. This position offers excellent opportunities to work autonomously, demonstrating and modelling exemplary standards of practice while supporting social workers, non-qualified practitioners, and students.

The successful candidate will be expected to undertake all relevant training to qualify and be approved as an Approved Mental Health Professional.

Experience
Considerable expertise and experience as a social worker, particularly within mental health services, is essential. Ability to work autonomously and provide leadership and support to colleagues is required.
