Location
Primarily based at Kaleidoscope, Catford, 32 Rushey Green, London, SE6 4JF. This role operates a hybrid working approach with a combination of office and home-based work.
Hours
Full time, standard local government working hours.
Salary
£58,299 - £60,486 (SWLO / SCP 41-43). Appointments are usually made at the minimum spinal column point for the grade unless matching current salary with proof.
About the Role

As an Advanced Practitioner, you will be a skilled and reflective social work professional working innovatively with children with disabilities and their families to ensure timely and appropriate support. You will be part of a diverse team including advanced practitioners, social workers, and family practitioners, managing a focused caseload and overseeing duty responsibilities. This pivotal role includes deputising for the team manager and providing leadership and support to the team. You will contribute to shaping the service and driving positive outcomes by working collaboratively with other professionals and agencies, ensuring high-quality service delivery and supervision of team members. Experience
Proven experience as a social work practitioner with children with disabilities, including statutory safeguarding practices for children in need of help and protection and children looked after. Experience in supervising and mentoring social work apprentices and senior family practitioners is essential. Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and support a team, and to work collaboratively with multi-agency partners.

Qualifications
