About the Role

Join the Children and Young People Directorate as a Business Intelligence Analyst and use your passion for data to improve services and outcomes for children and young people. You will transform complex data into meaningful insights that inform decision-making across Children's Services. Using Power BI, SQL, and other analytical tools, you will develop dashboards, automate reporting processes, and support statutory and performance reporting. Your role is key in helping services understand performance, identify trends, and improve outcomes for residents. Requirements

Experience
Proven experience working with large datasets, querying databases, and manipulating complex data. Strong skills in Power BI and data visualisation are essential.
