About the Role
Following an organisational restructure in Adult Social Care Mental Health Service, an opportunity has arisen to join Croydon Council as an Advanced Social Worker and Approved Mental Health Professional (Out of Hours AMHP Team). This role offers excellent opportunities for an AMHP with considerable expertise, skills, and experience to work autonomously while demonstrating leadership in AMHP practice. You will model exemplary standards of practice, support experienced AMHPs, and professionally supervise staff in the absence of the AMHP team leader. The position is permanent and based within a dynamic team committed to delivering high-quality mental health services.

Experience
Considerable expertise, skills, and experience as an Approved Mental Health Professional. Proven ability to work autonomously and demonstrate leadership in AMHP practice. Experience supporting and supervising staff professionally in the absence of a team leader.

Qualifications
