About the Role
As an Agentforce Senior Success Architect fluent in French and English, you will drive successful outcomes for our strategic customers by leveraging your technical expertise in data and analytics. You will be a trusted subject-matter expert in Agentforce and Data Cloud, supporting seamless integration with Salesforce Marketing, Sales, and Service Clouds to enable Customer 360 use cases. This role focuses on unifying customer data across all touchpoints to enhance AI-driven marketing automation, personalized engagement, and predictive customer insights.

Data Cloud powers hyper-personalized experiences and real-time decision-making, helping organizations maximize customer lifetime value and drive business growth. As the foundation of Agentforce, Data Cloud enables real-time, intelligent decision-making by centralizing and harmonizing enterprise data, delivering context-aware AI automation, hyper-personalized customer interactions, and predictive insights that drive operational efficiency and business value.

You will engage with Signature and Strategic customers to evaluate and recommend optimization strategies for technical architecture, dev/ops, performance, and solution design specific to Agentforce and Data Cloud. Your role includes identifying capability gaps, facilitating and influencing executive stakeholders, and aligning technology strategy to business value and ROI. You will run playbooks aligned with the Success Architect engagement catalog tailored to Agentforce and Data Cloud customers, build strong relationships with internal and external partners, and drive thought leadership through mentoring and knowledge sharing.

Your expertise and guidance will directly influence the technical architecture, performance optimization, and solution design strategies for our strategic customers, ensuring their success in leveraging Agentforce and Data Cloud's powerful data capabilities. Collaboration with diverse teams of professionals, including customers, colleagues, and partners, is essential to evaluate technical architecture, optimize performance, and design effective solutions that contribute to the collective success of Salesforce.

Experience
- Fluent in both French and English
- Minimum 2 full development/project implementation lifecycles of Salesforce solutions, preferably in Agentforce or Data/AI areas but any Salesforce Cloud implementation is acceptable
- Minimum 8 years proven experience in enterprise consulting, including implementing enterprise software solutions in Salesforce generally and/or specifically in the customer data category
- Demonstrated ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes with a focus on guiding customers through migration and optimization of Salesforce solutions including Agentforce and Data360
- Deep understanding of data modeling, integration architectures, and data governance best practices
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams from Developer to Executive
