About the Role
Join Salesforce, the #1 AI CRM company, as a Client Solution Consultant on the Data Foundation Pre-Sales team. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor helping clients envision business transformation through Data Governance, Data Catalog, and platform offerings from Informatica and MuleSoft, with a focus on Data and AI within Salesforce. You will collaborate closely with Account Executives and C-level leaders to connect deep technical capabilities with impactful business outcomes in the evolving era of agentic AI.

As part of a supportive and inclusive pre-sales team, you will receive dedicated mentorship aimed at your long-term career growth. You will work at the forefront of AI and data innovation, helping enterprises solve complex compliance, governance, and architecture challenges while embodying Salesforce’s core values of Trust, Customer Success, and Equality.

Your first year will focus on onboarding, certification on core Data Foundation products, leading technical discovery, delivering demos, and managing the technical sales process. Over time, you will lead architectural workshops with executives, design tailored Proofs of Concept, respond to RFIs/RFPs, support public events, and mentor new team members.

Experience
- Demonstrated experience in enterprise technical sales, consulting, or solution engineering.
- Proven ability to build relationships with decision-makers, CxOs, and technical influencers.
- Hands-on experience with data governance, data catalog, data quality, or similar tools.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to translate complex data concepts into compelling business outcomes and architectural solutions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a closely related technical field.

Bonus Experience (Desired, Not Required)
- Practical understanding of hybrid software deployments, database design, data warehousing, or business intelligence.
- Experience with Informatica or MuleSoft tools such as MDM, data and application integration, and APIs.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, BCBS239, EU AI Act.
- Exposure to Agentic AI and emerging generative AI workflows.
- Understanding of hybrid deployment models and BI software ecosystems.
