About the Role

As an Engagement Delivery Senior Manager, you will lead complex digital transformation projects from mobilisation through to successful implementation for Salesforce customers. You will be the primary delivery contact, working alongside programme leaders, solution architects, and customer executives. You will lead large, strategic projects end to end, owning scope, schedule, budget, quality, and customer satisfaction across cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include building and maintaining integrated project plans, managing multiple workstreams and third-party suppliers, running steering committees and project boards, producing executive reporting, managing risks and financials, and coaching delivery teams. Experience
- Delivering large-scale software implementation or digital transformation projects with multiple delivery teams and suppliers
- Managing project governance, planning, financials, forecasting, change control, and risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies with executive-level reporting
- Engaging and influencing customer leadership and senior business stakeholders, including running steering committees

About you
Proactive leader with strong project management skills, able to manage complex, cross-functional teams and deliver high-quality outcomes. Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities with a passion for driving innovation and transformation.

Qualifications
- Project management qualification such as PRINCE2 Practitioner, Project Management Professional (PMP), AgilePM, or equivalent
- Preferred: Experience delivering Salesforce implementations or other enterprise cloud platform transformations
- Preferred: Knowledge of enterprise CRM, case management, or customer service transformation programmes
- Preferred: Experience in client-facing consulting or delivery environments, including multi-supplier delivery
- Preferred: Familiarity with agile and hybrid delivery models, or Scrum Master or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certification
