We are seeking Senior Enterprise Architects to join our Agentforce Supply Chain team, the future of AI at Salesforce. In this role, you will work directly with customers, owning end-to-end integration strategy and delivery for complex Supply Chain and Manufacturing transformations. You will design and build enterprise-grade integration solutions, take them to production, and solve real-world problems at scale. This role offers the opportunity to influence Salesforce's Agentforce platform and methodology by bringing field learnings back to the team. You will be at the forefront of connecting Agentforce to critical core systems such as ERP, PLM, and CRM that power the world's most complex supply chains.

Senior Enterprise Architects operate like hands-on AI startup CTOs, working in small, focused teams to deliver high-stakes integration projects. Daily activities include architecting API-led connectivity strategies, designing agentic data pipelines, and collaborating with customer executives to set AI integration roadmaps. Experience
- Deep, hands-on experience integrating enterprise systems (ERP, PLM, CRM)
- Strong understanding of the Generative AI landscape
- 4-8 years in Enterprise Architecture or solution engineering, with 2+ years in a customer-facing enterprise architecture role preferred
- Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, LLMs, and Generative AI architecture in enterprise settings preferred

About you
- Strong foundation in integration architecture principles including API-led connectivity, process orchestration, application lifecycle management, and security
- Strong engineering background, preferably in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in at least one coding language such as Python, Java, JavaScript, Node, or Go
- Passion for working close to the code
- Ability and willingness to travel domestically as needed for client engagements
- Comfortable collaborating across technical and non-technical stakeholders, from engineers to C-suite executives
- Ability to work in dynamic customer environments with evolving requirements and direct iteration with users

Qualifications
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related technical field
- Understanding of risk mitigation, compliance, and security in enterprise software contexts
